Terms of the Roost
Subscriptions, Pledges, and Refunds
Availability
Jesper’s Roost takes in donations, both personal and corporate, to its operating budget by means of Paypal and Patreon. Paypal is used for one-time donations of money (“pledges”) whereas Patreon is used for monthly membership into Jesper’s Roost, at several tiers, in return for special benefits and exclusives (“subscriptions”). These services are offered to anyone in the continental United States and other countries where such services are not prohibited by law. Pledges and subscriptions are offered in US Dollars (USD) only unless an exchange service is used by the customer; Jesper’s Roost does not directly offer exchange services or programs for foreign currencies.
Benefits
Benefits provided in exchange for pledges and subscriptions are outlined with the transaction button or in the third-party service managing the transaction. All benefits are provided on an as-available basis. If certain benefits are unavailable, Jesper’s Roost will attempt to provide a similar benefit of equal value at Jesper’s Roost personnel discretion. Benefits are provided with no warranty of any kind and are subject to both our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Benefits that offer access to any online community are subject to Community Code of Conduct. Policies are linked to the left of this text.
Referral to Third-Party Terms of Service
Cancellation
All pledges and subscriptions fully transacted with the above third-party payment services are final. We do not offer cancellation of transaction after the transaction is completed.
If your transaction is pending, contact the third-party service to cancel the transaction in their system. Jesper’s Roost does not have access to cancel these pending transactions.
Patreon membership subscription cancellations are handled in Patreon’s desktop site or app:

Refunds
Feed Store Pledges (Paypal)
You may be eligible for a refund solely for transaction-in-error within 24 hours of the completion date of your transaction. Please contact support@rydertribe.com for assistance with refunds. Your email will be processed in the order it was received, and your email header timestamp will constitute your contact within the 24 hour grace period. All transactions aged over 24 hours after its transaction date are final and no refunds are available.
Patreon monthly subscriptions are final. Refunds, if eligible with Patreo, may be processed using the refund terms in Patreon’s system and under their terms of service. Such refunds are conducted in Patreon’s system. No further refund is available for membership subscriptions from Jesper’s Roost. However, benefits are still available until the end of your current month of membership.
